- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Train, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to meet performance and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to support order fulfillment and customer service goals
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar roles within a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
