Position Overview:
We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in a permanent full-time role. As a Dispute Resolution Officer, you'll be reporting to the Manager Resolutions and working with a team of professionals dedicated to handling enquiries, complaints, conciliation, investigations, and the resolution of disputes between members of our scheme (energy and water service providers) and their valued customers. In this role, you'll operate independently and swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for resilient and high-achieving professionals with a proven track record in:
- Receiving and assessing enquiries
- Gathering essential information
- Liaising with relevant service providers
- Proactively managing a high volume of cases
- Preparing high-level written correspondence
- Providing telephone-based advice and information
Your role will progressively advance towards investigating complex cases requiring specialised advice and expertise. We need an organised, diligent, and energetic person with a true passion for delivering quality customer service and negotiating successful outcomes. Exceptional analytical and lateral thinking skills and excellent communication skills are critical in this role. While experience in the energy or water sector is highly desirable, it's not essential. We offer excellent working conditions and a rewarding professional environment.
