Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department and IT infrastructure
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Assess and manage technology risks and ensure data security and compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and support business processes
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee IT budgets and resource allocation to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an IT leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning and technology management
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and software development lifecycle
  • Experience managing complex IT projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions that drive business success
  • Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or CISSP) are a plus
