Our Graduate program will help you develop skills in process, technology, technical legal skills, and relationship management in a supportive and respectful environment.

We’re currently looking for a graduate to join the team in our Darwin office, starting in the new year.

During the graduate program, you will be professionally supervised and immersed in multijurisdictional property matters and will provide a critical contribution to live matters. You will receive training and/or experience in all of the following areas:

  • Onboarding property clients (client and property due diligence enquiries)
  • Drafting contracts and preparing vendor disclosures
  • Reviewing contracts
  • Post exchange (including land titles dealings, taxes, duties and concessions)
  • Legal technology i.e. Rundl, PEXA, Sympli, DocuSign, VOI, electronic stamping platforms and electronic search platforms
  • Settlements such as calculating settlement figures and adjustments for actual settlements, organising settlements and banking practice
  • Time management and professional skills

We will monitor and assess your understanding of property and conveyancing practice to ensure tailored training and support enables you to cement your professional development.
