We’re currently looking for a graduate to join the team in our Darwin office, starting in the new year.

- Previous experience in customer service, account management or a sales environment

During the graduate program, you will be professionally supervised and immersed in multijurisdictional property matters and will provide a critical contribution to live matters. You will receive training and/or experience in all of the following areas:
- Onboarding property clients (client and property due diligence enquiries)
- Drafting contracts and preparing vendor disclosures
- Reviewing contracts
- Post exchange (including land titles dealings, taxes, duties and concessions)
- Legal technology i.e. Rundl, PEXA, Sympli, DocuSign, VOI, electronic stamping platforms and electronic search platforms
- Settlements such as calculating settlement figures and adjustments for actual settlements, organising settlements and banking practice
- Time management and professional skills
We will monitor and assess your understanding of property and conveyancing practice to ensure tailored training and support enables you to cement your professional development.
