TEN Recruitment is working with a respected national contractor seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of large-scale new build projects in the health and education sectors. With project values exceeding $20M, this role provides the perfect balance of site and office-based work, offering strong exposure to high-profile developments and long-term career growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project budgets, financial reporting, and cost forecasting.
- Review and process variations, claims, and progress payments.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, project timelines, and industry standards.
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and key stakeholders.
- Assist with tender preparation and contribute to risk management strategies.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial new builds valued at $20M+.
- Background in health or education sector projects (highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of contract law, financial controls, and project reporting.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights.
- Attractive salary package between $120k - $150k + Super (depending on experience).
