Description:
- Salary: $55,900 - $69,998 (pro-rata) + Salary Packaging & Leave Loading
- Permanent Part Time rosters available which vary:
- between 6am-8pm
- 20-50 hours per fortnight (with occasional weekends)
- Locations where we have current vacancies: Ascot, Cockburn, Duncraig, Gosnells, Joondalup, Nollamara & the Peel Region.
What we need you to do:
- Support our customers during outings, transporting to and from daily activities, and achieving personal goals
- Administer medication and assist with personal care
- Build long lasting relationships with our customers by engaging in meaningful ways, encouraging communication and social interaction
- Keeping accurate records of supports and services through timesheets, case notes, and incident reporting
