Our Role:

As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we have a new opportunity for a “Electrical Projects Coordinator” who will manage, coordinate and deliver construction works to ensure successful project delivery.

You will understand renewable energy construction as a whole and the interfaces of civil, mechanical and electrical sections to enable planning, scheduling and delivery of all works.

You will have a high level of mixed trade skills, project management skills, people management skills, be entirely self-motivated and possess a strong working knowledge of the relevant regulations and safety protocols.

This is Perth based in our office with ad hoc remote site travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide site leadership, prioritisation, direction and instruction for all construction processes
  • Action early procurement/delivery of materials, plant and equipment to ensure efficient construction.
  • Monitor day-to-day resources, timing and activities to effectively manage the delivery of a project
  • Ensure teams evaluate hazards, control risks and undertake regular inspections of works and equipment.
  • Review building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, project management procedures and health and safety guidelines
  • Keeping detailed records of project progress, changes, and challenges. Reporting updates and milestones to the project manager

About you:

  • Significant experience in renewable energy construction
  • Relevant Trade qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead site-based teams to deliver renewable energy projects
  • Demonstrated people skills and ability to manage all trades and specialists
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
