Description:
We are seeking an Electrical Compliance Coordinator to join a leading supplier of aquatic solutions throughout Australia. With an excellent team culture, this critical role will oversee product compliance, quality control, and warranty management for submersible pumps and other aquatic equipment.While a formal qualification in electrical compliance is not required, the successful candidate must have a strong understanding of ERAC regulations and be able to work with international suppliers to ensure all equipment meets Australian Standards.
Working closely with an external compliance agency, this role will play a key part in new product testing and certification processes. The Compliance Coordinator will also work alongside the National Procurement Manager and leadership team to streamline compliance processes, uphold quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance for both new and legacy products, ensuring alignment with Australian and New Zealand regulations.
- Review test reports, manage approvals, and liaise with global manufacturers.
- Manage warranty processes, quality control, and compliance databases.
- Maintain compliance records, ensuring all documentation including test results, approvals, and supplier certifications, is accurately stored
- Identify opportunities to streamline compliance workflows by reducing outsourcing costs, optimising internal processes, and leveraging existing resources
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with ERAC, EES, RCM, EMC reporting, and CB test reporting.
