We are seeing an enthusiastic and proficient individual who thrives in a team environment on a full time Maximum Term Contract commencing 4 June 2025 ending 1 July 2026 to maintain the effective, efficient and reliable Information Management service for the City of Bunbury. The primary task of the position is capturing and distributing incoming information to the City.

To be successful in this role, you will have proficient data entry skills, well-developed knowledge of electronic records management processes and practices and a can-do attitude. Refer to the position description for further information.

What we offer

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employee's 2024 Enterprise Agreement with a Level 3 or Level 4 salary of $75,246 or $82,260 gross per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

  • 4 week's annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
  • Additional Public Service holidays
  • Option to salary sacrifice additional Superannuation (contribute up to 5% of your salary and the City will match your contribution up to an additional 5%)
  • Heavily reduced gym membership for the South West Sports Centre
