A job to be proud of:

You will be responsible for delivering, managing, and operating the Identity and Access Management capabilities for St John WA. This role is a 2 year fixed term full-time position based at our office in Belmont.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
  • Analyse the St John environment to assess maturity and identity areas of improvement.
  • Develop and drive an IAM roadmap for St John WA, in collaboration with the Manager Cyber Security.
  • Work on implementing IAM tooling which may include solutions for Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Authentication (SSO and MFA) and Password Management.
  • Drive tactical improvements for the management of identities and access across the Group.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Policy, Standards, Guidelines and Procedures.
  • Collaborate with the broader Cyber Security team to continue to develop the IAM practice, and optimise outcomes for St John WA.

What you’ll need:

  • Advanced knowledge in Identity & Access Management
  • Prior experience in delivering or running IAM solutions, including IGA and PAM
  • Ability to operate in a complex IT environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms
  • Certification, tertiary education, and other accreditations in IT and Cyber Security are desirable
  • CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Sec+ and other Cyber Security credentials highly desirable
  • Product-specific certification for IAM products are desirable
