Description:
This role is a unique opportunity to lead brand marketing initiatives for a forward-thinking company with a strong presence in its industry. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that elevate brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive commercial success.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the development and implementation of the Brand’s Annual Marketing & Communications Plan and Media Plan.
* Delivery of insights on competitor activity, marketing development and emerging marketing practices
* Proactively drive marketing performance measurement and recommend improvements accordingly against planned objectives and established activity specific KPIs.
* Develop and implement Brand marketing and communications strategies, which promote and protect the Brand as well as support the overall business goals
* Achieving the greatest possible effectiveness and efficiency through our creative and media agency partnerships.
* Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategy and execution to drive sales and to build the image and reputation
Role specific skills and requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and act on marketing performance data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and social media platforms
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Sufficient English is a must, fluent in another language is advantage but not compulsory
