Job DescriptionAbout the Centre: A stunning newly renovated Childcare Centre in the heart of the Perth CBD is seeking a passionate educator to inspire a team and make a difference. The Centre is licensed for 92 children per day and offers a fully enclosed outdoor play space to ensure children can enjoy the outdoors at any time, regardless of the weather. About the role: As a Centre Director you'll be responsible for driving excellence in every aspect of the centre.
Your leadership will inspire your team, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and engagement. You will be supported with a 6-month Centre Director Induction Program: 4 weeks of hands-on guidance with a Certified Trainer
Leadership and development workshops with industry experts Ongoing support from our First Steps Team and your
Area Manager Key resposibilites: Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and communicating with families
Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth
