Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 5 years travel consultancy experience. DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS!!
- Corporate and/or group experience preferred
- Knowledge of Sabre & Tramada preferred
- Keen interest / knowledge of sport
- Strong management skills
- Good multitasking and time management skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service
Tasks & responsibilities
- Travel Management for nominated National Sporting Organisation(s)
- Booking of teams, groups and individual travel
- Planning and managing all travel requirements and itineraries
- Development of travel and tour options for national & international events
- Main point of contact for nominated National Sporting Organisation(s)
- Financial duties including invoicing clients and suppliers
- Engaging in regular team, office and staff meetings
- Liaison with relevant contacts within sporting organisations, suppliers and agents

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
