About the Role:We are looking for a passionate Digital Automation Lead to enhance our customer and team experience. In this role, you will manage end-to-end data between our loyalty, CRM, and Marketo platforms, ensuring seamless digital campaigns and automation.
This is a hybrid role and both applicable to Melbourne or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and optimise trade and retail customer journeys across all digital platforms.
- Data management.
- Produce actionable insights and reports for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage digital campaigns across multiple brands.
- Maintain and improve automated digital tracks and workflows.
- Implement A/B testing to refine campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive an omni-channel campaign approach.
- Support CRM projects, documentation, and digital activations.
- Provide training and support for internal teams on digital tools and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and company policies.
- Proven experience in campaign management and digital automation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve customer engagement.
- Ability to prioritise tasks based on value, effort, and risk.
- A keen eye for detail with a results-driven approach.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Experience in digital automation, data management, and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to leverage insights for personalised interactions.
