Experienced Owners Corporation ManagerThis opportunity in South Eastern Suburbs / Frankston area to work with us awaits to join a friendly, collaborative and supportive team of 10+ strata professionals as our newest Owners Corporation Manager, due to growth / changes in the business!
We are looking for someone with 5 + years of OC Management experience to manage portfolio of 1200 lots across ~15 properties with lots of support so you can really focus on providing a high level of service to Owners and Committees.
You will be supported by:
- A Portfolio Assistant
- A Junior OC Manager
- Operations Manager
- Admin/Accounts Team
JOB DUTIES:
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential with some mixed-use properties, as described above

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 5 years OC management experience (of your own portfolio)
- Solid understanding and implementation of the OC Act
- Excellent communication skills and admin skills
- Proactive problem solving skills
