We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Salesforce Architect to take charge of complex enterprise-level implementations. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering robust Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and OmniStudio applications, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with best practices.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead Salesforce architecture design and technical strategy, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
• Architect and implement OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and FlexCards .
• Drive Public Sector Solutions (PSS) implementations, aligning Salesforce capabilities with government and public service requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs , translate them into technical solutions , and guide the delivery team.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, performance, and security .
• Work in a remote capacity , with occasional travel as required to meet project needs.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
✔ Deep expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio , including hands-on experience with OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and FlexCards .
✔ Proven track record in implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) .
✔ Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is a bonus but not mandatory.
✔ Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and data modelling within the Salesforce ecosystem.
✔ Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical decisions in complex projects.
✔ Australian Citizenship is mandatory due to project security requirements.
✔ Ability to work remotely , with occasional travel as needed.
