Our client is a fast-growing specialist company based in Mascot, that is recognised as a leader within their field having won many industry awards.
In the role of Personal Assistant and Property Coordinator, you will provide high level administrative support to the CEO while overseeing the management of maintenance of approximately 15 properties across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination and preparation of Board and Financial papers
  • Prepare presentations for different audiences as required
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage and process payments for suppliers, vendors and partner networks
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements
  • Manager the CEO’s diary and calendar, schedule meetings, appointments and personal and professional engagements
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing fleet and stock coordination
  • Manage personal tasks and errands as requested
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records for all properties across Australia including leases, maintenance requests and property communication
  • Prepare and distribute property management reports, budgets and financial statements
  • Be the primary point of contact for Landlords, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years experience in a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant role
  • Experience in property management desirable and a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proven experience coordinating Board and Financial Pack presentations
  • Excellent organisational, multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to run errands and attend building sites as required
