Our client are looking for a proactive and confident Personal Assistant to join their fun and friendly Sydney team. In this role, you will be supporting three senior executive to ensure a smooth day-to-day.
The Opportunity:
- Providing proactive and comprehensive Administrative support to three senior executive including diary management, travel management and expense management.
- Assisting with documentation, reports and presentations for various business needs.
- Coordinating meetings and events, both internal and external.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks where required.
Key Attributes:
- Proactive and friendly with a confident and positive personality.
- Self motivated with the ability to be forward thinking and always one step ahead.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Strong in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Minimum 2-3 years in an Administrative/Team Assistant/Personal Assistant role.
