At All Lift Forklifts, they have a huge range of different services and product and provides the best forklift hire and rental service, with the largest range of forklifts, bobcats, boom lifts and scissor lifts.
All Lift Sydney workshop is currently looking for technical sales representative to join their team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is committed to driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Develop customised technical solutions and provide expert technical advice, including product selection guidance, quotations, and application advice.
- Conduct inbound and outbound technical sales, ensuring accurate product recommendations.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, process orders, and ensure contract execution.
- Maintain and update the customer database, tracking interactions, inquiries, and sales conversions.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Present and promote current offers, promotions, and new product launches to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate and submit sales reports to management, providing insights into performance and business opportunities.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification
- At least 2 years relevant experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the industrial or equipment hire sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed communication skills with ability to collaborate productively and professionally with all levels of people
- Reliable and proactive
