About the Role:
We are seeking a Provisional Psychologist to take on a community and clinic based NDIS position in Geelong.
In this role, you will be providing quality support services to NDIS participants. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to empower individuals to achieve their life goals and positively influence their well-being. Duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to the provision of psychological services to NDIS participants, working closely with participant families and care teams.
- Deliver psychological assessments and interventions, both in individual and group therapy settings.
- Provide supervision and support to provisional psychologists, ensuring compliance with company policies and professional guidelines.
- Work across the lifespan - caseloads can be tailored to meet your clinical interests

About You:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Psychology and AHPRA registration
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities (NDIS) or other health conditions (desired)
- Excellent knowledge of psychological assessment and intervention
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Highly organised, reliable and high attention to detail
- Friendly and empathetic personality
- Hold a current driver’s license and your own car
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
