About the role:

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will manage inbound calls and emails, providing exceptional service and resolving customer queries related to sustainability and recycling. Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Manage inbound customer queries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to deliver outstanding service
  • Use a ticketing system to track and manage support requests
  • Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach at all times
  • Collaborate with your team to build knowledge and improve processes

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre environment is essential
  • Prior experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Service Now or CRM experience)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the skill to prioritise tasks effectively and stay organised in fast-paced environments
  • A passion for customer service and a desire to help make a positive environmental impact
  • Self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a team-oriented, supportive environment
  • Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving, using initiative to find solutions
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and tools to continuously improve service delivery
  • Collaborative team player, always ready to support colleagues and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
