The firm fosters a supportive and accessible work environment, offering free parking for staff and being conveniently located near public transport. Unlike many firms, this business does not hire graduate accountants; instead, the most junior team members join with a minimum of three years’ experience. This commitment to expertise has contributed to an impressive record of no staff turnover.
Since its inception, the firm has grown organically, never relying on business acquisitions. Operating without a rigid hierarchy, the firm promotes team members based on performance and results rather than tenure. What truly differentiates our client is their strong commercial presence.
