What will you be doing in this role:

Working closely with the sales team you will take leads and convert them into new managements along with networking and nurturing an existing pipeline to help grow the rental portfolio. There is an administration and property management team in place so all you need to do is bring these new managements and the rest is taken care of.
  • Sourcing new business opportunities
  • Convert leads from sales and inbound inquiry
  • Carry out mid week and Saturday leasing inspections
  • Organise and conduct rental appraisals
  • Attend sales meetings and inspect properties for sale
  • Prepare estimated rental returns for investors
  • Manage process of approving new tenants with the Landlord
  • Manage and nurture new business pipeline
  • Prepare investor pack for open homes
  • Draft managing agency agreements
The right candidate will have:
  • Experience in real estate in sales or new business
  • Certificate of Registration OR Class two license
  • Self-motivated and driven by achieving targets
  • Brilliant networking and relationship building skills
  • A valid NSW drivers license and reliable car
  • The ability to convert leads
  • Confident on the phone liaising with clients
