Dynamic Occupational Therapist Needed for Community NDIS Role!We are currently searching for a dynamic Occupational Therapist to join an experienced community NDIS occupational therapy team in beautiful Launceston, Tasmania.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate, motivated, and driven to provide exceptional service to community-based participants. We welcome applications from new graduates through to experienced senior therapists, especially those interested in stepping into a team leader role.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Assessment and prescription of assistive equipment
- Assessment and planning of home modifications
- Provision of therapy to NDIS participants
- Provision of comprehensive functional and environmental assessments
- Comprehensive written reports
- Tailored exercise therapy and promotion
- Therapy supports including fine motor skills, sensory profiling, and assistance with daily living skills
- Housing assessments and home modifications
- Clear, frequent, and open communication between support coordinators, case managers, and families
- Choice of adult, paediatric or mixed caseload

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full or Limited AHPRA registration
