Evolution Hospitality Institute (Evolution-Systems For Training & Development Pty Ltd) is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Marketing Specialist to join their team.
Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Scoping, planning, developing, promotion, and coordination of marketing campaigns
• Planning and assisting with the development, execution and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns and conducting market research to increase engagement in our target markets.
• Source, appointment and provision of training for new education agents both locally and internationally.
• Providing ongoing service, support, and training to build relationships with existing agents to recruit new students.
• Developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns outbound or inbound marketing activities
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
• Implementing campaigns to support sales objectives as per instructions.
• Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs
• Business strategies and implementation
• Marketing analytics and return on investment reporting.

To be considered for the position you must possess the following:

• A degree in sales, marketing, communications, or equivalent relevant qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with Digital Marketing, SEO, AdWords.
• Experience with Content Management Systems
• Ability to manage projects, competing deadlines, and prioritise tasks.
