About the business:Our client is a family-owned and operated, award winning business, located in the Western suburbs. They specialise in the installation of high-end fibreglass swimming pools for the residential sector. They work closely with their customers to deliver exceptional results.
They are now on the lookout for a dedicated Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a close-knit workplace, enjoys variety in their day, and wants a position with flexible working hours.
Supporting the Managing Director and leadership team your role will consist of:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and leadership team.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Following up on quotes and assisting with client communications.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting with project management tasks to ensure timely completion of key initiatives.
- Coordinating and managing internal and external communications.
- Organising and managing company events, including conferences, workshops, and social gatherings
- Performing ad hoc office administration and maintenance duties.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting executive leadership. You should be highly organised and structured, with a flair for creating presentations and maintaining social media platforms. While not essential, experience in marketing and/or communications roles would be beneficial.
As you will be working in a fast-paced environment where everyone strives for continuous improvement and growth, it's crucial that you are a team player willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Tasks will vary from high-level to day-to-day dealings with tradespeople, sub-contractors and customers, so it is important that you are easy-going and happy to help wherever needed.
Work Hours & Flexibility:
This can be either a full-time or part-time role minimum 22.5 hours per week, with the option to work over three, four or five days if required. This flexibility makes it an excellent opportunity for those balancing work with family commitments, such as school drop-offs and pick-ups.
