Our client, a leading Property Services Firm, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join their team in the heart of Toowoomba. This is a full-time fixed-term contract position based in one of Toowoomba's most prevalent centres.
About the Role
The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in the performance of the centre by planning, executing, and measuring promotional campaigns aimed at attracting customers. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in marketing strategy, stakeholder engagement, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute marketing campaigns that support business goals.
• Develop and roll out brand initiatives to enhance market visibility.
• Foster strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders to encourage collaboration and engagement.
• Oversee marketing databases and handle accounts payable to keep operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting to help achieve financial targets.
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and safety requirements are met within deadlines.
• Regularly assess and refine strategies to improve customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Marketing experience in property, retail, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to create and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.
