YOUR TEAM The broader Implementation & Activation team is responsible for delivering best-in-class implementation planning and activation for clients.Our Implementation & Activation team are fully embedded within our Mindshare client teams, and accountable to the clients they work on.This role sits within our WPP Ford Team. YOUR ROLE Location: Based in MelbourneDirect Reports: 6 This is a newly approved Associate Director role for digital and offline media channels across Ford and Ford Dealers;
- Communicate confidently and effectively on all matters with clear articulation holding both excellent written and spoken capabilities when communicating internally and externally.
- Be an effective, committed, and participative leader and team member, providing feedback to contribute to their continued development.
- Deliver a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying
- Identify the right products and services to meet the client’s needs and briefs.
- Build effective knowledge and use proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market leading campaign implementation.
- Develop trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape.
- Manage clients’ expectations effectively regarding the delivery of all work across the team.
- Ensure timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understand contractual and commercial client requirements and ensures all external stakeholders follow compliant financial processes
- Strong team management experience

- Meaningful career experience across major agency and channel related concepts and application to deliver effective client and brand outcomes.
- Underpinned by several proven years’ experience in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques and processes.
