We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Customer Excellence Team with hours available in our Avoca Aged Care Campus department on Mondays and Fridays.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate patient data and records
- Working flexibly across departments (Aged Care, Acute Ward, Medical Imaging, etc.) and campuses (Maryborough, Dunolly, Avoca, St Arnaud)
- Upholding patient privacy by handling confidential information appropriately
- Having strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
- Having excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Ensuring booking processes are accurate, timely and in accordance with office procedures
