Description:

The Veritus Research Business Development Manager strategically identifies and implements key customer relationship activities, building trust at all levels of engagement to achieve the growth objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities with CROs, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize revenue growth.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients to target.Oversee the development of proposals and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Veritus capabilities.Review and support proposals prepared by the Clinical Trial Proposal Coordinator, providing guidance to improve quality and efficiency.Monitor proposal timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.Oversee and manage CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and continuously enhancing information quality to support informed business decisions.Track sales metrics, client engagement activities, and revenue forecasts.Generate detailed business development reports, highlighting key opportunities, potential risks, and performance metrics to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
