About Us

For over 25 years, we have supported Australian DJs and Performers, establishing ourselves as leaders in the DJ equipment and stage lighting industry. We work with a diverse clientele, including schools, government departments, and professional performers. With six stores across three states, we’re a growing business looking to expand further. Your role will be integral to supporting our online sales team as we take the company to the next level.

About the Role

We seek an enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated individual who delivers exceptional customer experiences. You’ll join our team in Dandenong South, where innovative thinking and the ability to go beyond conventional approaches to drive sales growth are highly valued.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need effective time management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for the audio-visual industry. We encourage a playful attitude that fosters creativity and enjoyment in the workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in sales or customer support
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information quickly, problem-solve, and think strategically
  • Commitment to continuously enhancing both external and internal customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience with stock inventory management and CRM systems
  • Background in the Audio-Visual industry preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Responding to and following up on customer emails promptly
  • Processing quotes, sales, and customer returns efficiently
  • Maintaining and updating comprehensive customer databases
  • Serving as a liaison between customers and our warehouse and service departments
  • Managing and fulfilling customer requests with attention to detail
  • Collaborating across various departments to ensure consistently high levels of customer service
  • Providing essential support to our sales and management team members
