Your role will be integral to supporting our online sales team as we take the company to the next level.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer support
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information quickly, problem-solve, and think strategically
- Commitment to continuously enhancing both external and internal customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience with stock inventory management and CRM systems
- Background in the Audio-Visual industry preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responding to and following up on customer emails promptly
- Processing quotes, sales, and customer returns efficiently
- Maintaining and updating comprehensive customer databases
- Serving as a liaison between customers and our warehouse and service departments
- Managing and fulfilling customer requests with attention to detail
- Collaborating across various departments to ensure consistently high levels of customer service
- Providing essential support to our sales and management team members
