The Opportunity: Sales and Customer Support Representative

Are you a passionate individual with a knack for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Support Representative to be a key player in our mission to provide superior products and service to our valued customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with both potential and existing customers, understanding their unique needs.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer technical assistance and tailored recommendations for WEG products, ensuring customers get the most out of their solutions (don’t worry – training is provided!).
  • Quote and Communicate: Prepare detailed quotations and communicate effectively about logistical timelines and delivery schedules.
  • Process Orders: Enter customer orders into our system and keep track of delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with outside sales representatives and other state offices to enhance customer service and inventory management.
  • Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer service challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

Who You Are:

To excel in this role, you will embody a positive, can-do attitude and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You’ll bring:

  • Experience: 1-2 years customer service/administration experience
  • Communication Skills: An excellent telephone manner, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong administrative capabilities, particularly with MS Office applications.
  • Customer Commitment: A genuine dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to resolving issues and overcoming challenges.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude.
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with SAP is a plus!
