What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a customer-focused receptionist with strong administrative skills and a friendly, professional approach.
This position is fixed full time for 6 months, Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Confidence using MS Office and web-based programs
- Experience in a reception role, preferably in an aged care setting
This role involves:

Being the first point of contact for all customer service enquiries including in person, telephone and email contact.

Meeting and greeting visitors, staff and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answering calls promptly, taking accurate messages, and ensuring timely information transfer.

Efficiently and effectively performing administration tasks, including supporting procurement activities and operational areas at the home

Assist with coordinating staff replacements for planned and unplanned leave
- Maintaining a welcoming and organised environment for our staff and visitors.
