What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a customer-focused receptionist with strong administrative skills and a friendly, professional approach.


This position is fixed full time for 6 months, Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.


To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:



  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • Confidence using MS Office and web-based programs
  • Experience in a reception role, preferably in an aged care setting

This role involves:



  • Being the first point of contact for all customer service enquiries including in person, telephone and email contact.


  • Meeting and greeting visitors, staff and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.


  • Answering calls promptly, taking accurate messages, and ensuring timely information transfer.
  • Efficiently and effectively performing administration tasks, including supporting procurement activities and operational areas at the home


  • Assist with coordinating staff replacements for planned and unplanned leave


  • Maintaining a welcoming and organised environment for our staff and visitors.
