Who are we
Corporate Health Management (CHM) is one of Australia’s leading providers of corporate health and wellbeing services. We deliver a range of occupational health services to clients across Victoria, including health assessments, pre-employment medicals, flu vaccinations, spirometry testing, audiometry testing, and more.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced nurses to join our team in delivering flu vaccination programs and occupational medical assessments across Victoria. You will work offsite at client workplaces in the Melbourne Metro area, CBD, and regional locations to administer flu vaccinations, ensuring adherence to cold chain management protocols. You will also conduct occupational medical assessments to determine employees’ fitness for emergency response roles. These assessments include biometric tests, urinalysis, vision tests, audiometry, and spirometry. This role offers extensive travel opportunities, including regional trips of up to five days with accommodation and travel reimbursement.
Approx. Volume of Work
Between one and five days’ work each week from April until the end of October. Most weeks there will be three- or four-days’ work with additional paid travel and accommodation top.
Key Role Responsibilities
• Willing to travel to sites across Victoria, and stay overnight regionally, to deliver medical assessments, and flu vaccines.
• Understand health assessment principles, adhere to policies and scope of practice, confident in operating and documenting results in provided software platform (we will train you)
• Represent CHM within a variety of settings in a professional manner.
• Conduct medical health assessments in corporate workplaces or our CHM consulting suites in East Melbourne, CBD and regional areas
Qualifications
• Registered Nurse with experience in Allied Health, General Practice or General medicine are highly regarded.
• Completion of an accredited Spirometry course or willingness to undertake one at your own cost
• Experience with audiometric testing is desired or willingness to participate in in-house training.
• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
• Current unrestricted Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle
• Current first aid, CPR, BLS or ALS certification
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
• Must have current evidence of Nurse Immuniser certificate, and be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
• Current National Police Check (within 12 months or CHM can do this on your behalf)

Remuneration
• Hourly rate
• Travel is reimbursed at contracted rate
• Kms are reimbursed at $0.99/km (when working outside metropolitan Melbourne as per award) –
• Accommodation for regional trips is booked and paid for by CHM
• Meals are reimbursed when working outside metropolitan Melbourne
