We are currently seeking an experienced Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our team and deliver exceptional care in the aged care and NDIS sectors.
Position Overview
As a Nurse at InOne Healthcare, you will be involved in providing high-quality nursing care, conducting patient assessments, creating care plans, and implementing treatments. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients, advocating for their needs and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical and emotional health needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Work in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with organisational policies.
What You Bring to the Role
- A current registration with AHPRA as a Nurse.
- Bachelors in Nursing or relevant.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in aged care or NDIS, is preferred.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Must be Covid 19 Vaccinated (Min 2 doses).
