Are you prepared to lead an ambitious national rebranding and facility upgrade initiative for Australia’s top collision repair network? AMA Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee transformational projects across over 60 locations nationwide.
About the Role
In this key position, you’ll manage high-impact rebranding and facility enhancement projects, ensuring they align with AMA Group’s strategic goals and operational standards. Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, trades, and stakeholders to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality results. Your Responsibilities
- Lead Transformational Projects : Oversee the entire rebranding and facility upgrade process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with teams in Marketing, Operations, and external trades to define project objectives and ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Manage BOH Fit-Outs, make goods and Renovations : Supervise physical upgrades, facility expansions on site, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, boost productivity, and implement innovative solutions across all sites.
- Ensure Strategic Alignment : Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies that align with the organization’s broader goals.
- Communicate Effectively : Provide regular updates to stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and foster strong relationships across all levels of the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in project management, especially in the building, construction, or facilities sector.
- Experience in managing workshop fit-outs or facility upgrades is highly valued.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive, analytical thinker with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
