What you do:
Join a dynamic and talented People and Culture team, reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager.
In this role, your focus will be on fostering a productive, engaged, and compliant workforce by improving the overall employee experience. You’ll take a hands-on approach in executing internal communication strategies, facilitating smooth onboarding, and helping cultivate a positive workplace culture that reflects our company values and goals.
Here are some examples of the tasks you would be asked to do
- Manage the HR ticketing system, track HR metrics, generate reports, and maintain user access for the Reward and Recognition platform.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), LinkedIn Learning, and Growth Faculty tools, handle onboarding documentation and provide relevant reporting.
- Support the development of internal communications and maintain the company intranet to support employee experience and engagement.
- Gather and analyse employee feedback, manage the engagement survey platform, and ensure accurate data and updates.
- Support with executing on cultural and DE&I events and celebrations.
- Review P&C practices and policies for compliance, and manage the policy register, tracking updates and review dates.
What you need:
- Your interpersonal and communication skills are top-notch, and you've never been afraid of a little admin
- You're as confidential as they come - everyone's secrets are safe with you
- Your attention to detail is laser sharp and you love to organise things
- You have a collaborative style that is focused on the how you do things just as much as the what you are doing
- A willingness and ability to learn new skills and respond well to coaching and development
- The ability to problem-solve and remove blockers in order to resolve issues
- A comfortable approach to using multiple computer systems
