**Job Description** **What we're looking for** You are an enthusiastic and motivated individual ready for the first step into your HR career. You are a multi-tasker and can work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update the team on your various projects. **What you will be doing?** As a Talent and Culture Coordinator, you will undertake a dynamic role that encompasses the coordination of Talent and Culture duties. You will process day-to-day administration of the department in an accurate and timely manner. You are a Canva super star, using your creative side to promote our team's activities and events. You have a proactive approach and are always looking at elevating our team members experience. This role reports directly to the Director of Talent & Culture. This is a part-time role, working three days per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
