Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time salary Business Development Officer to join in our team in Melbourne. This position offers the platform to display your experience, skills, and talent in our ever-changing industry.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients to establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Attend rental appraisals.
  • Provide rental advice and support to clients.
  • Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Tap into a buoyant database, contacting existing clients with the view to increase residential properties under management
  • Identify & secure new residential managements
  • Build trusted relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the property managers and building managers for the new business progression.
  • Presenting properties: Showcase properties to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Promoting and advertising properties: Utilize marketing strategies to promote and advertise available properties to attract potential lessors.
  • Negotiating and closing deals: Conduct negotiations with clients to achieve favorable leasing terms and conditions, and efficiently close leasing deals.

Skills And Experiences

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Background in property ideally with experience as a Property Manager, Sales Agent, or assistant
  • Agents' representative certification (Mandatory)
  • A natural rapport builder who nurtures & builds solid key relationships with ease & authenticity
  • Confidence to approach new & existing residential rental leads
  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy
  • Mandarin speaking Preferred
