We’re looking for a performance / growth focused Digital Marketing Specialist to amplify online presence, engage customers, and create impactful results across digital platforms.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that promote services and build brand awareness.

About the role:
● Digital Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, search, and email to increase brand visibility, attract leads, and generate customer conversions.
● Data-Driven Strategy: Utilise analytics tools to track performance, analyse campaigns and make data-based decisions to optimise campaigns.
● Content Creation & Optimisation: Collaborate with creative teams to create engaging, high-performing digital content, including copywriting, still and motion assets, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
● SEO & SEM: Drive and optimise SEO strategies to improve organic search results and manage paid search campaigns.
● Email Marketing & Automation: Own email marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution, including segmentation, performance analysis, and develop automated workflows.
About you:
● Proven Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, particularly in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
● Data Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and identify areas for optimisation to increase ROI.
● Creative Expertise: You know how to craft compelling copy and create engaging visuals that resonate with a broad audience across multiple platforms.
● Passion for Fitness: While fitness expertise isn’t required, a passion for health and fitness is key to promoting the brand authentically.
● Experience in B2C marketing or with other high-growth industries.
