As a Formworker / Concreter with TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, providing seamless, professional service to our clients. This role is perfect for someone with solid experience in formwork who is ready to contribute to a variety of exciting projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Construct and dismantle formwork according to specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with a team to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Concrete Finishing – Use trowels, screeds, and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces.
- Concrete Pouring & Spreading – Assist in pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete to meet project specifications.
- Reinforcement Work – Place and secure steel reinforcement (reo bars and mesh) within formwork before concrete is poured.
- Adhere to all site safety protocols and company policies.
- Hold a current OH&S White card.
- Proven experience as a Formworker / Concreter with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to start ASAP.
- Regional NSW Projects: Work on diverse and exciting projects in the Blue Mountains Region, NSW or Regional QLD.
