With a skilled team of specialists and a strong reputation in the industry, they continue to grow and expand their services.This position sits within the Trustee Wealth Services division, reporting directly to the Regional Manager –Personal Injury. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients under legal disability, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients under a legal disability, including face to face visits;
- Liaise with beneficiaries as required, ensuring their needs are met with a client-first approach;
- Develop a strong understanding of clients’ preferences, and providing tailored solutions based on the company’s product offerings;
- Facilitate the administration and management of protected persons funds and trustee companies;
- Prepare and present reports for submission to Managers, Committee, and Tribunal;
- Interpret court orders, as well as relevant judgements in personal injury claims on a national level;
- Contribute conflict resolution in a professional and proactive manner; AND
- Providing clients with regular updates through portfolio reports and quarterly reviews.
Technical Skills & Qualifications required include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Legal or related field (essential);
- RG146 accreditation (preferred);
- Demonstrated experience within financial services or highly regulated environment, ideally from superannuation/trustee services/funds management;
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- Established client centric approach, with the ability to service clients with empathy;
- Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders such as solicitors, beneficiaries, and accountants.
- High attention to detail; AND
- Excellent communication on both verbal and written, and stakeholder management skills.
