You will collaborate closely with the broader team to ensure all payroll-related functions are efficiently delivered.
Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:
- End-to-end processing of the company's payroll
- Preparation of code and process journals, remitting monthly superannuation contributions, and generating various payroll-related reports
- Reconciliation of payroll-related general ledger accounts
- Managing termination and redundancy calculations, along with end-of-year processing, including payment summaries
- Business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders on payroll and HR-related matters
- A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Dayforce and/or Emplive) and payroll regulations
- Detailed understanding of and practical experience in current Australian employment legislation, awards, and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to establish credibility with both the business and global teams
- The ability to work autonomously with exceptional attention to detail
