The Position
Seeking a Service Operations Manager to oversee and optimise their service network, this role involves ensuring service efficiency, overseeing salvage operations, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners to meet business objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to execute the company's service network strategy effectively
- Collaborate with internal team and clients to design and implement optimised solutions for repair, replacement, and salvage programs
- Manage relationships with OEMs, clients, and partners across all service network areas
- Regularly assess service performance to identify opportunities for improvement as needed
- Ensure clients provide high-quality standards, competitive pricing, and value-added services
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for clients, setting SLAs and KPIs
- Prepare monthly reports to assess data, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making
- Partner with internal teams to define, enhance, and implement system requirements for service providers, ensuring seamless integration and timely execution
- Conduct analysis of service providers to assess suitability and make recommendations as needed
- Ensure all required compliance and due diligence processes are completed in collaboration with relevant departments
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a people leader within a similar role or industry, along with a strong understanding of service operations, supplier management, and performance optimisation.
