Australian Food & Fibre is searching for a diligent and detail-oriented casual HR Administrator, located in Sydney NSW.
The purpose of this role is to assist the HR team with casual onboarding throughout our peak seasons. You will work closely with the Recruitment Advisor and HR Advisor, creating employment contracts, ensuring the completion of onboarding documents and maintaining accurate records of employee inductions and policy completion.

Skills And Experiences
About you
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is essential. Experience with ELMO HRIS or other HR software is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to work independently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills, particularly in adapting to changing technologies, are key attributes.
A proven understanding of an office environment and experience working within a diverse team will greatly contribute to your success in this role.
