Role and responsibility -

The UI Lead /Developer will be responsible for driving end to end delivery of the program, attend requirement discussions with business stakeholders to finalise the FSD’s/Interface documents etc…

In addition

· Work with Tech Lead/Business stakeholders for requirement gathering/reviews and signoff’s

· Liaise with the offshore team and SME’s during the project delivery phase

· Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications

· Support and collaborate with other internal/external consultants in consulting, workshops and delivery engagements

A) Mentor junior IBM consultants in the practice and delivery engagements required experienced -

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –

· Experience in Leading, guiding and coaching a small team

· Expertise in design and development of UI applications.

· 9+ years of experience in UI design and development

· Expertise in ReactJS. Redux experience with JavaScript unit testing frameworks.

· Experience on creating Node JS API for front-end integration.

· Experience on creating API definition using Swagger. Experience on Node modules such as file systems, normalizer, etc. Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript and experience with a modern client-side single page app framework in React JS. Good working knowledge of GIT version control and JavaScript package managers.

· Translates graphic visual and interactive designs into the presentation layer for highly interactive web and mobile applications using responsive design and development techniques.

· Develops prototypes and performs hands-on coding to develop and integrate the application user interface

· Full lifecycle application design and development using Javascript – React.js – Node.js – Python

· Proactively engage in the remediation of software issues related to code quality, security, and/or pattern/frameworks.

· Mentoring, guiding, and developing a team of developers with a focus on quality and best practice coding standards

· Must have banking project experience .
