The Role

As the ANZ Network Development Manager , you will drive the expansion and strengthening of Fitness Passport’s network by leading the prospecting, onboarding, and development of key facilities and channel partners. Your role will be pivotal in developing profitable employer programs and ensuring the network’s growth, quality, and sustainability across Australia and New Zealand.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the business growth strategy, negotiations, and initiatives with third-party facility providers Collaborate with the ANZ Network Partnerships Manager to monitor and maintain the quality of the gym network Prospect and onboard new facilities and channel partners, ensuring a high-quality, expansive network Develop and implement profitable new employer programs in partnership with the Head of Finance Negotiate and manage contracts with facility providers, ensuring favorable commercial arrangements Manage risks related to the gym network’s capacity and availability, ensuring its ongoing viability Foster strong relationships with current and potential facility suppliers to ensure high-quality product offerings Track KPIs and provide timely reports on network development activities to senior management

About You

  • A demonstrated leader with 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry
  • Proven ability to develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facilities and channel partners
  • Experienced in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management and commercial agreements
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Proficient in CRM systems and data management, with solid financial and commercial literacy
  • Willing and able to travel as required
