Leadership Opportunity – Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting (Permanent Recruitment)

Based in our Sydney office, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the Finance & Accounting permanent recruitment space in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing a team while collaborating across the Sydney office

Developing existing client relationships and recapturing business
-
Driving new business development and leveraging cross-selling opportunities
-
Focusing on permanent placements within the Finance & Accounting sector

Strengthening internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
-
Hiring, onboarding, and retaining high-performing staff
-
Fostering an inclusive, high-performing sales culture
In this role, you will:

Expand your professional network to grow new and existing business

Build a strong talent pipeline to meet client needs

Deliver full-cycle recruitment solutions with a consultative approach

Analyse market trends and provide insights to clients

Evaluate both technical and cultural fit for candidate placements

Represent candidates effectively in the marketplace

Partner with your team to ensure the highest quality service delivery
