Based in our Sydney office, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the Finance & Accounting permanent recruitment space in Sydney.

Who You Are

You are a results-driven recruitment leader ready for your next challenge. A strong communicator with an inclusive leadership style, you lead by example through personal billings while prioritising team development and success. Ideally, you have experience managing a team of consultants and eager to take the next step into a bigger leadership role.

Your background includes:

  • A proven track record of upper-quartile recruitment performance

  • Experience in building, mentoring, and developing teams

  • A demonstrated ability to drive exceptional results for clients and candidates

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team while collaborating across the Sydney office

  • Developing existing client relationships and recapturing business

  • Driving new business development and leveraging cross-selling opportunities

  • Focusing on permanent placements within the Finance & Accounting sector

  • Strengthening internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Hiring, onboarding, and retaining high-performing staff

  • Fostering an inclusive, high-performing sales culture

In this role, you will:

  • Expand your professional network to grow new and existing business

  • Build a strong talent pipeline to meet client needs

  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment solutions with a consultative approach

  • Analyse market trends and provide insights to clients

  • Evaluate both technical and cultural fit for candidate placements

  • Represent candidates effectively in the marketplace

  • Partner with your team to ensure the highest quality service delivery
