DescriptionThe Role
As a Technical Business Analyst/Scrum Master with a strong focus on technical requirements, solution and delivery capabilities, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will understand and analyse complex business problems to determine how automated systems can be implemented, design or modify business systems or IT systems, interact with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the design meets business needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.
- Lead project management activities such as project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

- Facilitate Scrum events (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
- Lead, train, and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption.
- Plan and manage the delivery of approved products using Agile techniques and frameworks.
Your Capability and Experience
- Experience as a business analyst within a technical setting.
- Expertise in the gathering, documentation, and analysis of technical requirements
- Solid grasp of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate effectively amidst uncertainty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across various levels
- Previous experience in technical delivery and project management is highly preferred.
