About the role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and based onsite at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will partner with Hiring Managers to execute Talent Acquisition activities across the Corporate Offices in Homebush West and Silverwater. You will provide end-to-end recruitment support to source the next generation of talent across all corporate functions including but not limited to Information Technology, Accounting, and Advertising.

Together with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will deliver a proactive and customer-centric Talent Acquisition service to the business, while ensuring candidates consistently have positive and impactful experiences.

You will;

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and job requirements, ensuring the sourcing of the most suitable candidates.
  • Utilise job briefs to craft detailed job advertisements, ensuring consistency across the organisation.
  • Manage and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle, including initial job briefings, sourcing and screening candidates, providing interview support and guidance, triggering background checks, and handling offers and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders including Hiring Managers and Executives, becoming their reliable “go-to” person.
  • Proactively source talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and your professional networks.
  • Manage and organise all recruitment related and candidate documents, ensuring they are accurately filed.

About you

You will be a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional with experience in agency, in-house or RPO. You will have experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to build and foster strong, trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation.

You are passionate about people and committed to creating meaningful experiences!

You will also have;

  • Knowledge and execution of best practice attraction and recruitment strategies and process.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, effective time management, and the flexibility to handle competing priorities.
  • Experience with PageUp or a similar ATS, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to consistently maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and diplomacy.
